Lets see... We got Chomp Lv.X So Garchomp will be big and improved. Glaceon Lv.X will dominate all the way into next season. Still unsure about how Leafeon and the restof the Eevelutions will do, but will be played. Kabutops is a great overall card(can't wait to finally try my Kabutops deck)...

IMO Hurricane should be Tier one(only the Magneton/catty version).

Hmmm getting beedrill out is hard and Absol dosen't make it any easier. I would change the starter to Stantler and remove 4 energys(beedrill only needs one to attack, Roseanna's and Castaway can get it for you) for some more trainers(maybe PlusPower).

Like you said: Fishing Engine for Basic, Stage 1 decks and Soviet Engine(hate the name) for stage 2 decks. It depends on the deck.

How is it states worthy if you don't play a starter. -1-2-1 Sceptile line +4 Pachirisu. This deck will get destroyed by Mag(just letting you know).

I feel variations on arch-types are whats going to win states. Since there aren't alot of cards that have to much potential.

If only the non-Lv.X Gliscor was better. Weak max attack. Though it only costs 2 energy it only does 60 damage. Alot of other cards poison. The only think I can see this being used for is the ability to paralyze your opponent. I don't see anything special, but I could be wrong.

Baseing a deck(or even a combo) on a * is a bad idea. What if its prized?

Maybe Slowking, Claydol, 2 other stage 1's(Lucario and Breloom(SW)?), and the fishing engine for the new four corners.

Where are these cards going to be played outside of a prerelease? I played Unown F at the prerelease. I used the dice and the coin. It never caused any problems picking at random.

Are you sure theres a Lanturn in DX. I can't find one.

Maybe you should consider useing Pachirisu for a starter.
