Hi, I realized that many people have been ignoring this card saying it is no longer allowed for play in the 2008-2009 modified format. I noticed that the card is in the DP trainer kit (with Lucario and Manaphy). Is the DP trainer kit still legal for play in the 2008-2009 season?

well its just like anything else. i wouldnt expect an invite to b given out to every person who did well in a premier event. It would only be given out to a player who could keep their rating balanced throughout the season. In an olympic finals match should the loser be given a gold medal...
