That makes sense. with RS-on, by the time the worlds come again, there will around nine legal sets, too many. It will be like Rocket-on.

That would be cool if the new modified format was FR/LG-on. It would tick a lot of people off. But it would get rid of all the archetypes, making the game fresh.
