Looking for Support for a Kyogre & Groudon LEGEND

I still run a KGL mill and this is what I use as my set up: 4 Research Record 4 Legend Box 4 Twins 3 Mantine 2 Pichu 2-1-2 Feraligatr 2-2 KGL 1 Cleffa Then I run things like Switch+Seeker to keep KGL alive a little longer, Interviewer's to get those crucial energies, and Pokegear to fish out...

Kyurem vs Cobalion. Should I Accept the Autloss?

This may seem weird, but you could always try Simisear that has the Water's Power attack, hitting them for weakness and putting the opponent to sleep if Simisear has a water energy which can potentially give you a turn to regroup.

    HGSS-on LostGar For Cities

apparently, it was released in a Blister pack for HGSS February 2011

    HGSS-on Turbo Turtle

Hmm... one suggestion you might want to consider is possibly Mantine to start searching out water Pokemon you need.

    HGSS-on LostGar For Cities

You're thinking of the Night Sight Noctowl. The one with Night Scope has a Poke-Power that does exactly what Alph Lithograph does except you can use it every turn.

    HGSS-on LostGar For Cities

I'd say maybe find some room for something like Noctowl with the Night Scope ability or the Alph Lithograph that lets you look at the opponent's hand

    How does Magneboar work

Magneboar can take a little longer to set up, but once it is set up it's hard to stop. Also, Reshiboar also fell away to the Typhlosion/Reshiram combo since that works better for Reshiram.

    2011-11-14 UD Kyogre/Groudon LEGEND 087/088

Ah, KGL. The deck I still use to this day~ Stat wise, 150 HP is awesome, weakness is somewhat bad, retreat cost is a bit pricey, and the attacks are awesome! Massive Eruption by far is the least used attack of this card, costing 2 fighting and 2 colorless. The true potential of KGL lies in...

    How to counter Gothitelle

While the Reshiram/Mew tech does look good, there is a better option so you can save some resources. Mew with Cincinno is pretty good and makes it so you only need a Double Colorless or just 2 energy on a Mew Prime as well as have 4 Pokemon on your bench for the K.O.

    HGSS-on True Blue

Never said that it was a threat, just said that it helps with Donphan if it runs Catcher. Plus, Floatsel can't knock out Donphan in one shot because of Donphan's Poke-Body

    HGSS-on True Blue

Mantine can help out a bit more by searching your deck for any :water: Pokemon you need and it has :fighting: resistance which really helps with Donphan

    Viable deck or not?

Well, I was thinking the other day and then I looked at the Hydreigon coming out then happened to look at Mandibuzz and had a major lightbulb moment happen. What if someone took advantage of Hydreigon's ability and put Mandibuzz's attack to some VERY good use. Hydreigon: Ability: Dark Aura...

    How to counter Gothitelle

The one card I'm looking at right now is Xatu because it hits Gothitelle for weakness and uses the energy attached against it.

    New to Pokemon

Reshiram with either Emboar or Typhlosion Prime is a fairly decent deck. Gothitelle with Reuniclus appears to be a good deck as well. Another deck to consider is a Stage 1 rush (Typically Yanmega Prime with Donphan Prime) or even a Zekrom donk deck (Zekrom with Pachirisu and Shaymin).

    Vileplume

Well, one card you might want to try is Sunflora to help you get out your Vileplume's faster. Then you could probably do a Serperior deck and just heal off all the damage put onto you pretty much and make it so your opponent can't heal as easily.

Seismitoad & Wigglytuff, let the chorus sing

To have a bit more HP and potentially a more damaging Round. Anyways, I think that people will definitely try this deck out a bit once the cards come out for it and see how well they compete with some of the Tier 1 decks. Honestly, I can see this deck doing pretty good since you can...

    No problem~ Glad I could help~

    Basics with free retreat

Emolga from Emerging Powers has 70 HP and free retreat. After that, you have Absol (Triumphant), Basculin (Emerging Powers), Carnivine (Unleashed), Deoxys (Call of Legends), Mantine (Heartgold/Soulsilver), Sawk (Emerging Powers AND Black/White), Sigiglyph (Emerging Powers), Skarmory...

    Victreebell

Actually, with this card, the discarding effect happens AFTER damage done since the card specifically says, "at the end of your opponent's next turn". anyways, to the point of the topic, you would not discard an energy attached to the Pokemon that your opponent brought up because it wasn't...

    catcher = no babies

Will Catcher dissuade some baby use? Yup~ Will they fully disappear? Definitely not. Pichu will probably start seeing the most play out of the Baby Pokemon to get a quick set up going on for you while Cleffa will probably be the second most played Baby card since it's like another PONT you can...
