If Tyhlosion Prime uses Flare Destroy to knock out an opponents pokemon with one basic energy card on it then what happens to the energy on the opponents pokemon that was knocked out if your opponent had a benched pokemon that had exp. share attached? Does the basic energy go to the pokemon that...

Catcher? Will it ruin the format?

This format will be all about stage 1's. Going first will be that much important. Stage 2's are dead for the most part.

    Online Pokemon TCG

I've heard that the official version of playing pokemon online is coming out with Emerging Powers, but on the official website it talks about unlocking certain cards with specific codes. Does anyone know when we will have access to all cards to play against each other or if we ever will?

    The LCQ - Why, Nintendo?

As for an example, I played against a newer player, and I had 2 issues with the judging. A person sitting next to us asked the judge how much time was left, and the judge stated that he didn't think there was a time limit. I played against the person sitting next to me the next round, and I...

    Non-Professor wins Professor Cup!

Then feel free to stop looking at the thread. Ayden/Justin can do the same as well. SD Pokemon provides a lot of good points. Just because she is a league leader and a professor does not mean she has to keep her mouth shut on an issue that involves her directly.

Why Catcher Is Not Bad For The Game

Lol that Stage 2's can't attack this format without catcher. Magnezone, Kingdra, etc. Catcher will be bad though. Whoever goes first officially wins. They get the first prize. And they get to choose what to knock out. At least reversal could offer chances for the person going second to come back.

    GatheringGround.com Order Fiasco

Why would they sell cards about 20 dollars cheaper than they are normally sold just for one person out of many who has had problems with gathering ground?

    Non-Professor wins Professor Cup!

This thread is fine. What's wrong with saying sue the idiot? The kid is obviously an idiot for doing something that could get him a life ban just to "pass time." He has broken the rules, and he deserves to be punished. I see no shame in this, other than the people cheering for him.

ELECTRIC BUGaloo (Breaking down Yanmega/Magnezone) UPDATED for the NEW SEASON!

Um Kingdra makes the mirror match. Yanmega snipes for 50 to knock out yanmas and magnemites. If you reversal a magneton then you can kill it with yanmega. Magnezone only has to lost zone 1 energy to knock out yanmega.

ELECTRIC BUGaloo (Breaking down Yanmega/Magnezone) UPDATED for the NEW SEASON!

2 Magnezone is definitely not something I would advise. You need an early Magnezone, and you need to have a couple out during the game. 3 Rare Candy? Magnezone is your secondary attacker. Your goal should be getting Magnezone T2 or T3. Not midgame like the article states. Maybe having 2-3...

    ReshiBoar vs. ReshiPhlosion

Boar is so good on paper. It has soo many things it can tech effectively. RDL being the main one. RDL has a ton of uses against decks. If Magnemega doesn't have the resources to lost zone 3 energies to kill RDL then it can just sweep the game from there on. However, Reshiboar has been pretty...

    My Yanmega dilemma...!

It's not really a skill deck so plenty of people can take it far. So I see your point there a little, but I think the top decks generally have a 50-50 matchup against each other. Coin flips are so important that it's difficult to tell.

Top Cut Invitational: Tournament of Champions

Sorry, but I do think you're being biased. I don't see Jacob, or any senior competing with the best players. No offense to him.

    My Yanmega dilemma...!

Reshiram/Typhlosion is a good deck that doesn't use Yanmega.
