you could try to put in 1-2 more SPs and try to fit in spray against gengar, and or fit in Alakazam MT, to counter unwanted poke-powers. Alakazam could also stop Palkia G LvX's poke-power

have you thought about DGX, since the entire deck is poke-powers and a counter to Glacion LX, which could slow down the deck dramatically. i would also find a way to put in multis for brongzong

first claydol if it is forced out and it cant retreat or switch then let it die, you cosmic power until you can either you can retreat it or until it dies, dont rely on claydol too much, since they are targets for sniping any way.

first off steelix with four special metals is extremely hard to deal with, you practically have to hit it for weakness, then give it expert belt. there are not many uses for candies or BTS, expert belts and bench shields are really all that the deck is missing. You rely on your opponent playing...

still i think they should limit BTS to 1 per deck like lux ball same with candy, limit candies to 2 per deck versus 4 i still dare people to run decks without BTS, candies, claydol, uxie... 3 out 4 of my deck run without these, one of my decks do run with claydol but i only run a 1-1 line
