This actually isn't a bad card at all. It's tanked at 150. Charge beam is doing damage AND attaching an energy card. Any energy. It's DCE worthy with a solid 80 attack and minimal drawback. His retreat is a tad pricy but so are most of the B&W pokemon.

Since this card isn't a duck or a goose it's not going to work well with the deck DDG at all.
