I've got two HGSS theme decks - Ember Spark and Mind Flood. I'm wondering where do I go from there? I've got about $40 dollars and I want to build a competitive deck for league play. Would the best route for me to go be buying a tin or getting boosters? thanks for your help! bugdozer
