Mario Kart DS was always Wi-Fi Compatable. It was the game that launched the Wi-fi connection. I haven't the slightest idea why a copy of the game wouldn't have the Wi-Fi symbol (well, unless it were an illegal bootleg or something). Also, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon has Wi-Fi? Since when?
