In the Washington, D.C. Area and was wondering if there is a shop that sells pokemon card singles

Apparently people have been saying that the english set of boundaries crossed will not include trainers such as ether, bicycle, escape rope, etc. I don't know if these are just rumors or if it has been confirmed. I've also heard that they are being replaced with things like pokeball.
