FINALS - European Challenge Cup 2012 (Coverage)

Not really, it can score KOs from T2 on with Glinting Claw. Zekrom BW doesn't attack till T3.

    Tier Decks

You KO it with what? Your own Mewtwo? Great, now your opponent KOs it back with his second Mewtwo and wins the game, because you will always be at least 2 prizes behind (cause you're still playing Vileplume/Reuniclus...).

    Tier Decks

Because of Mewtwo, no deck has a damage cap anymore. Almost every deck can just build up a Mewtwo with enough energy and steamroll you. You can't kill it with your own Mewtwo because it can be revenge killed by a second Mewtwo too easily. In addition, Magnezone can KO your Terrakions with...

    Tier Decks

Tier 1 Eelektrik/Mewtwo/Zekrom Celebi/Mewtwo/Tornadus Tier 2 Durant Magnezone/Eelektrik Tier 3 Tyram Chandelure Magnezone can't really keep up with the format anymore imo. Eelektrik + Basics is just better now.

Is Chandelure worth it without Beach?

No, it's still a great deck. Beach just makes it even better.

    2011-12-23 NV Archeops 067

It won't be better with Twist Mountain imo, because then we'll have even more big basics it's useless against. The fossil engine isn't that bad, you should be able to set up Archeops pretty consistently, but against basic decks you have like 10+ dead cards in your deck...

The ability is broken and wrecks evolution decks, still it's practically useless because of all those big basics. 6/10

    Chandelure and Cobalion

T2 Energymite isn't really hard to accomplish and decks playing Cobalion or Magnezone can still handle it pretty easily. But...are we actually talking about the same Chandelure version? I can imagine Tank Chandelure beating Kyurem fairly easily, however playing Chandelure/Vileplume/Dodrio...

    Mew/Vanilluxe

Oops, for some reason I thought he was talking about Swanna BW xD Anyway, I still think Unfezant is better because those 20 damage will make a difference quite often. And a double tails isn't that devastating anyway.

    Chandelure and Cobalion

NOOOOOOOOOOOO, just no. Rainbow puts Chandelure into OHKO range of Blue Flare and Bolt Strike while Sp Metal helps Cobalion to actually survive a Bolt Strike. Rainbow is simply bad in Chandelure, please, don't even consider playing it. Reshiram & Zekrom are very easy matchups, yes, but Kyurem...

    Mew/Vanilluxe

The agility effect is the only reason why people play Unfezant, so why would you even consider playing Swanna?

    Chandelure and Cobalion

1 Cobalion and 3 Sp Metals, that's all you need.

    Candle VS Candle

He mentioned he didn't have any Promo Litwick, please read the report before judging the list... Esa is a great deck builder and the tournaments there aren't random neither, that list isn't bad. Is IS possible to play Chandy without Blissey, thats just a slightly different version that focuses...

    Chandelure and Cobalion

It isn’t absolutely necessary, but it helps sooo much. I wouldn’t play without it. I'm really interested in how you beat Kyurem (+Electrode) without it. Are you playing something like 2-2 Blissey and lot’s of Seeker? Because THAT would be a waste of space, not Cobalion.

    Chandelure and Cobalion

Kyurem isn't favorable without Cobalion, Glaciate just kills you. Blissey helps a lot but it isn't enough to fight a T2/3 Glaciate. Kyurem/Electrode/Cobalion is close to autoloss without Cobalion - with Cobalion it's close to autowin. I agree on Magnezone being an even or slightly favorable...
