The gold-bordered meowth from Jungle is the only pokemon card (ever) to have a gold border istead of yellow. This "promo" was inserted into Fruit By The Foot in December of 1999. Very cool!

As we say in coin collecting "Buy the coin, not the container it comes in." The same can be applied in this situation, but labeling errors arn't unheard of.
