This happened some hours ago on a tournament, some guy plays elekid, then electabuzz on top on the same turn, nothing wrong there, and then he plays a rare candy to evolve it to electivire on the same turn, is that allowed. I'm thinking it isn't but the judge said it was ok, thanks!

Does electrode ex crush and burn attack counts energies instead of energy cards??, so with a boost it would do 60 more damage??
