The only point you made any sense on is the Plasma Basics deck. Benchtini has no effect on experienced plasmaklang players(if you did any testing you would know this). Darkrai has enough problems as it is but trying to shoehorn a new Pokemon to deal with 1 unfavorable match is not the way to go...

I would think it would benefit more if the rotations were used to enforce a restricted list instead of outright banning everything. Let the new cards run there course then restrict them as needed. You're missing the point of the lasers

Focus the deck a little better around certain energy types and you might have something going (dark/prism/gfdp blend). For added hate add a hydreigon to move around the prisms/blends around to other mews

Drop the fisherman and cilan for super rod and and another oak. There isn't a point in putting that much energy in your hand if you can't spam it.

I don't see how Bright Veil can be misinterpreted. It's pretty straight forward "prevent all effects of that card done to your Pokemon" so anything that targets one of your Pokemon. To make it simpler if the effect is specific to a Pokemon bright veil blocks it, if it doesn't target directly it...

We always have escape rope, not as efficient as catcher but much better than ninetales. Not sure how you see a ninetales war becoming a normal thing.
