Just a followup to my previous question: In regards to the Legend and Garchomp Lv.X MD, you replied that I would not be able to bring back a Legend using Garchomp Lv.X's attack. But what is the basis for this? The language would seem to allow it.

Can Garchomp Lv.X bring one-half of a Legend card back from the grave to the Bench, adding 3 Basic Energy, per its 0-Energy attack? The Legend only says that you must have the other half when you place it from your hand, but I think Garchomp Lv.X circumvents this. Am I right?

Let's say I have Feraligatr on my Bench, Starmie Active. When using Rain Dance, can I attach 3 Water Energy to Starmie, and 3 to Feraligatr, on the same turn? Or must I attach all the Energy on that turn to only 1 Pokemon, such as 3 Water Energy to Starmie?
