Definitely. Typically by the time you get a Leafeon out, you can hit for 80+ at least, before bangle which you should run. An Empoleon might be out, as well as Dusknoir on the way. But Leafeon is definitely a reliable attacker in that matchup, and tbh... your deck isn't weak to grass.. so...
