4-4 garbodor line is a little hefty, you can tone that down to a 3-2/ 3-3 if in need of space.

Plasma storm White Kyurem pairs perfectly with this. Probably will be my next deck

It's simply going to take way too long to build up enough energy in your discard pile to attack with power, plus countless switching from snowflakes to kingdra's. Good idea just not functional.
