If Ninetails uses Volunteer to 'evolve' into another DF Ninetails, can the new Ninetails use Volunteer again that turn? Or indefinitely, if I somehow keep getting the Ninetailses back to the deck on the same turn?

If I have a Mew EX (LM) active and there's an evolved Pokemon with Memory Berry attached to it in play. Can Mew EX use attacks from that Pokemon's earlier stages? And this of course won't cause Memory Berry to be discarded at the end of the turn, right?
