Do not dis 'em so soon.... The Masters-level deckbuilders/players at my Gym politely disagree with you. As soon as the new/upgraded decks settle out in a few weeks, we'll have a better view. Right now, a good strengthening of current decks is the least effect.

I would use my favorite research engine and balance energy already in my deck vs attacks, resistance to the current weakness of my deck's main hitter, and sort by hit points.... So I've picked "Future Modified" for HP-on selection, picked resistance to Fighting, and asked for Pokemon of Stage 1...

I concur that a tech-in of a 2-1-2 or 2-2 would help against weakness. I just don't know what to suggest yet. Lucario?

Hold to time, but what about player age? I concur, except that some sanctioned M:tG tourneys have recently gone to just counting "finish current turn plus two more each". In Legend of the Five Rings, for which I have been a Judge and TO for a few years, we hold to 45 minute rounds, plus 3...

Articuno9, you are correct: AOB/Upstream was the core combo to which I referred. Yes, I know, but think of the combo with delcatty ex: deck is stacked again with energies. Also, -2 Fighting +2 Energy Root ???

In hindsight, I think focusing on Shif-losion is the best use of your resources. Please do post a closure here if you start a fresh thread on forward development....
