Say I have 8 cards in my hand and my deck is looking thin. Can I use Claydol's Cosmic Power to return two cards to the bottom of my deck, but not draw any, since I would already have 6 cards left in my hand? Or do I have to be able to draw, in order to use Cosmic Power at all? THANKS!

I seem to remember that after a Rules Meeting, the updates would be posted in a thread somewhere on the Forum. This was alot easier to keep up with than a link to the entire Compendium - I rarely have enough time to read the entire thing, and usually can't recognize what is "new" in it...
