Hey, he might not give you an exact number but he WILL tell you if a stat is max, and it's a good way to make a guess if you don't have an IV calculator sitting in front of you (or the pokemon's really low level, already has some EV's etc)

HEY KIDZ! Sometimes they have to do things for the sake of balance that might not make so much sense plotwise! That is why you can't breed legendaries o_o (even though that might not really make anything balanced...) there is also the possibility that Gamefreak likes tinymushrooms >_>

Well, that's going by my own experiance.. =/ (and I didn't think golden sun was all that great, really..) What I mean is that I find that the games I grew up playing were more fun even though they didn't have pretty graphics (Link's Awakening, etc) Actually my favorite games are old RPG's...

This is just an assumption since I've found a crap load of bases (probably around 15-20) on my game... But I don't think there's a limit ._.;

trade it to a fire red or leaf green version and go through the elite four a bunch of times.. NOT on ruby/sapphire.. you can.. but it would take a lot longer.. and the Kanto e4 pwns the Houen e4 anyway XD
