Well the price per card will pretty much rest on this auction.

I wouldn't pay more than $500 for 4, as of now, especially since you couldn't get them graded. (Or can you?)

You can get them graded, There is a Mewtwo one PSA 8 I think and Dragonite PSA 6 on Ebay and it says the Card error on the PSA case.

Yea the dragonite for bin is 500 with only one picture

Probably a 6. The back has a good amount of white on it, and it seems the corners on the front also have some damage. Although it could be higher or lower. I tried to compare it with the one listed, but the only have a low-quality picture of the front.

The card that recently sold for $167.50 was NOT in PSA 9 condition, or anywhere close. It was more so a 6/7.

I think $167.50 is a good price for this error. There are more, maybe not a lot, but there are enough that the market will see one or two on a somewhat consistent basis.
I put this error on level with all the major WotC errors, such as the No Stage Blastoise or the No HP Dark Persian.
