Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

2007 Worlds Deck Release Date

Ross finished 2nd in 2005 (15+) and they did not make his deck, that same year Stuart finished 1st (11-14) and they did not make his deck. I figured they did not want to make any decks of Washington players. Then when Jeremy won this year I did not think they would bother to make his deck because almost the entire deck has rotated out this year, so I figured that they would make the Empleon deck that finished 2nd as it is still mostly legal to play. I am very glad to know that they will reprint Jeremy's Banette deck that won worlds though. I will defiantly be buying that this year.

I was very disappointed they didn't print Ross's deck, he deserved it, as did Stuart,

Hey didn't Scizor Ex win Juniors? Did they just go with second place.

NO 2nd place Seniors deck.

1st place in Juniors used Flygon Ex , Absol Ex and Jolteon EX if I remember correct.

I see Empoleon and Banette. Looks like Yamato's deck got printed. Who played Banette?

Thanks for the proof backing this statement up. That looks like spam to me.

Sorry. I don't have the time to write several paragraphs with every response.

Maybe this will help:

No. For the following reasons:

1. Jeremy K is under 18. POP can not form a legal contract with him (much like limiting profs to 18+, except now the stakes are higher)

2. Pete (I believe, might've been Dave or Mike) has said before that the 'only thing' you get for having your deck published is fame and knowing that you're helping to grow the game.

3. I've spoken to Maron after he had his deck published. He complained about not getting anything for it.

4. If POP did pay people for publishing their decks, they risk lawsuits from those who didn't win ('my kid got first, but the second place deck got published').

5. POPs budget is not that big.

In short, NO.

Are you happy now?

Didn't you read all the papers you have to sign after Worlds? I guess I'm the only one who bothered to read them if both Jeremy's wanted in on money from the Worlds Decks...
