This is the best starter in the format. Taking away the early lock down is awesome. Pach>Mentor as scizor said. Mentor is still a great card to run in certain decks, it is the BEST card to run in ANY banette Varients. It is obviously the best thing to use with anything δ. ALso, did anyone notice how cute Pachurisu is
, I mean, just by the cruel Cuteness it has I MUST PLAY IT!!!
WHY do so many people say fighting weakness is bad????????????????????????????????????????????????
fighting weakness is bad but, it isn't the worst thing that could happen.
this silly squirrel's second attack won't make it greater than almost anything. If it's soo great, just play E-vire lv x instead. much better than this trash squirrel. mentor doesn't waste bench space and doesnt have to discard energy unless you want to. stantler doesnt need any energy at all. pachi is OVERHYPED!!! figure it out. its better than average but it isnt "> almost everything". pick up some windstorms instead and hopefully that will help you get you a better record than squirrel in states. you fail...:nonono:
It's silly lil attack is what I think makes it soo good, yes, its 1st attack is a given but, 40 damage for one plus the chance to get rid of a couple cess. crystals is ZOMGZAMAZING. in Most decks that run Mentor is is usually because you need to discard an energy card, exception to this would be Banette. Stantler is a good card as well but by NO means is it better than Pachurisu. Pachi isn't overhyped at all, so I don't know what ya talkin about. Speaking of waisting space, your speaking of Windstorm, won't that take up space as well?
So this is what your saying her. Start with a Stantler, grab your mentor, end your turn. Next turn, play mentor, then not ebing able to play anything. Plus waisting space on WIndstorm which should see NO more play IMO, unless u fear Crystal Beach.
SO this is what Pach does though, you start with it, search your deck for 3 basics, thin your deck, and play a celios or something to get ready for the next turn. This sounds to me better than Stantler
