It was origianaly released in the Japanese Entry Pack 08. It was in the starter decks to show new players what a suporter does without making it complacated.
It wasn't suposed to be good. It was for new people.

I won't say this is the most useless card ever becaurse there is really many really bad cards...... as a silly card i comes damm close. Why print this? its pure waste of paper it makes no scence. Its like printing to turtwigs one says G 20 damagde and the other says G 10 damagde..
Cards like this is what makes me serously consider quiting this game..
An then all the players claimin "this is great for beginners" do we want to give the beginners garbage? as soon as a player plays this he is juged beginner. Its not cool or smart to put garbage in beginners decks.
Instead print usefull cards that isnt holo or rare... Why do claydoll and magmortar need to be rare? thats just so beginners cant get them.. Why cant you get usefull cards as common (stevens advice celios network variuos stage 2's) give the beginners a chance.
I got acces to most cards at this time but every time they make a set with a few power rares and commons that is 98% useless i wanna puke... its a money maschine when they do that and it disqusting... Stop making "mothers kindness" cards. powerfull rares are ok but a least make usefull commons aswell.

WoW. Why can't they make decent supporters? Oh well. Uhh, almost as bad as Rival. It just isn't good..

I mean just draw 2 cards? Many supporters allow you to draw more cards than that (ok often you need to sacrifice a card in your hand in one way or another, but that's why you have Windstorm >_>'). And if you absolutely wanna draw two cards, then use a supporter that gives you an extra bonus effect like Island Hermit or TG Mars.
The argument "ZOMG it annoys telepassers" is pointless. They won't use Mommy's Kindmess, instead they will hit celio or roseanne in your discard pile, and then play a better "draw" supporter from their own hand, unless they are playing with the drawing behemoth known as Claydol, then that's also pointless <_<'.

Okay, I thought it couldn't get any worse. Why not just reprint Bill? But thats been brought up before....I cannot think of any reason to play this over TGM. This card would have potential if it wasn't a supporter, but it is.

why wouldnt GG run TGM or something with a positive effect? an anti GG deck would want to run island hermit, not this.

You need to seriously chill out, dude. it's a bad card, but is it bad enough for you to hate it and rant it?? geez. anybody who even CONSIDERS quitting this game over ONE CARD is not appreciating SOTG and wouldn't be too much of a loss to the game if they quit.
look at it this way, if Nintendo made nothing but good cards, then their would be nothing but good players in the game, and the standard for being a "good" player would be seriously upped. Its called inflation in the economy. the government prints more money. prices go up. PCL prints more good cards, the more good standards go up.:thumb:
overall, however i give this card a 2/10. it DOES help beginners, no 4 year old wants to deal with complicated effects like TGM and stuff. The fact that you keep a little kid in the game without them disregarding the 1 supporter rule AT ALL is short of amazing.
