This Vullaby is far superior to any other Vullaby, IMO. Whirlwind can be disruptive. But I wouldn't use this unless it were in combonation with Mandibuzz BLW, otherwise it is completely useless, it will only do 10 damage and be one shotted. This is the Vullaby to use, but not without Mandibuzz, as Switch and the upcoming Escape Rope make it useless, and it is outclassed by Catcher. For being a basic with an all right attack, I'll give it a 5/10. It is kind of meh, and the lightning weakness just makes it that much less playable. And Garchomp OHKOs it as well. Catcher outclasses it, and Switch makes it useless, so that is why it got that rating.
