This is the worst Vanilluxe printed so far.

Enefountain would have been a good set up if it were on basic that you could use turn one, but it's not. Even worse, it only accelerates from the hand. If you're going that route, why not just use Blastoise?

Blizzard is also pretty underwhelming. 70 damage is too weak for an attack that you can't even power up with DCE. The spread damage is nice, but there are other pokemon who do the job better (Such as Kyurem).

I give this a 2/10. It just seems like more filler.
 
Low HP, good retreat, bad resistance, weakness is strictly mediocre, 1st attack is useful- manaphy and blastoise are better at it, and the 2nd does a mere 70 damage with bench spread, and lastly it is a stage 2. The artwork is fun, I mean... It's an icecream cone blowing snow and frost out... now I'm hungry...
