Not horrible. Reinforced headbutt can do 120 with a dark claw or rocky helmet attached (100 + 20 from the helmet). Easily powered up with both Dark Patch and Colress Machine, and while the HP sucks, it does allow it to be searched by level ball. Scraggy is donkable, but fortunately there is one with 70 HP. I still wouldn't play this competitively, but compared to other bad cards, this one can at least do some decent damage before going down.

Another cool plasma card that would be so good if it were basic. Can do more damage to the active than darkrai ex. Also first attack is an escape rope pretty much so that's kinda cool. However running scraggy in your deck is just begging for a donk.
