This isn't very good. Both of the attacks are underwhelming. FOUR energy for 70 damage? Horrible.

The only reason it's not lower is because it can take advantage of Colress Machine, but there are much better targets.

Combos well with Double Colorless, Colress Machine, Aspertia, Eviolite. Decent stats for a basic, and splashable. Tool Breaker is very situation, and Tool Scrapper works better.
