Horrible. The only reason it's not 0 is because there's a chance (albeit very small chance) of infinite damage.

The NXD one is superior because it has 10 more HP and does auto-sleep for 1 energy. This one does have 1 retreat, unlike the NXD one which has 2, so it benefits with Skyarrow Bridge.

This is the best promo I have ever seen. Well, the cutest, but in a competitive value, its not really that good.

So you're telling me, for 1 energy of any kind, this little fella can knock out anything in the format? What is it with Jigglypuff and OP moves? First Super Smash Bros., now this. 10/10! Putting these overpriced, overpowered big basic EX's to shame! Oh wait...there's coin flips involved. Um...never mind!

In all reality this gets a 2/10 from me. While the artwork is adorable and I need to get my hands on one, you'll be lucky if Continuous Tumble nets you more than 20 damage. I do need to get this promo though, as Jigglypuff is adorable.
