This is a Vaporeon so its gets a auto 10/10. As soon as they make a Pidgeot card, I'm going to play this with it.

Limited uses.

Gold Breaker would be so much better if it did 90 against EXes. It can still two shot EXes with an eviolite, but Bouffalant does that job better. It's only advantage over Bouffalant is that it's good against Landorus.

Refreshing also has it's uses against snipe decks, but there I'd rather just use Mr Mime or potion than waste an attack.

Water energy/blend + Colress Machine will get you a quick Gold Breaker.
110 means it is out of a OHKO range from most EXs without a laser. Even more so when Umbreon(s) are in play.

One was poised to knock out my Deoxys ex in the pre-release tournament, and I had to withdraw him. Solid card if you do booster drafting.

On a general scale though, no reason to have to get this over Bouffalant.

5/10 because of potential bolstering with other Eevolutions.

6/10, might be a good tech for eeveelution deck.. just for varities .. since glaceon need more energy to attack.. since landorus if famous .. rather good to keep an extra vaporeon in an eeveelution deck
