One of the worst cards of the set. Psychic typing does this no favors, neither does 100 HP and 3 retreat. As for the attacks, they're overpriced and underwhelming. Even if you do laser an opponents pokemon, healing 60 damage will not make much of a difference. Sludge Crash is not much better. Sure, if you flip a lot of heads, you can drain them of their energy, but for that cost, you better be knocking things out which Muk just doesn't do.

Keep in mind, he's plasma.
1. He can be fully powered up in two turns thanks to Colress Machine
2. Backed by Deoxys, his attacks can do +30-40 more
3. Backed by Umbreon, his HP can increase 40-60HP.

This goes for any Plasma Pokemon, though, and doesn't make it that much better, because you'd have to base a deck around it. That being said, it's far from the worst card in the set. Cards like Kakuna come to mind, lol.
