The e-Reader is not allowed in sanctioned events. What would be done if this card were active against a non-foil e-card with only the ID on the stats bar?

Oh, and about the attachment permissions, I think there's some sort of bug in the attachment system. The attachment in this topic also says permission is required, yet it could be viewed properly before.

MTM made that card long before e-reader and dot codes were a concern.
I'm just glad to get a look at his handiwork.
