yeah, it really is a shame that Amphy gets shunned so badly, it really is a great deck.
Now that I have thought on the matter, I like the idea of Elekids; I think I'll try them out. I have energy droughts quite often in the early game since the energy goes to fueling Delcatty instead, these should help.
Anyway, about your deck. I think you should get rid of the Zangoose, they don't look like they would help a lot. In place of them I would add a Ditto for sure, Ditto works really well with Amphy, and it OHKO's Rayquaza. Sure the Ditto is probably only good for one attack, but it is more often than not worthwhile. (if you knocked out Ray you get 2/1 prize split between you and your opponent and they have lost a significant part of their deck while you haven't really.) You can do what you like with the other space. Personally, I play 5/6 switching cards and use them all in one game more often than you might think. With Wobber, nurse and Ditto if you choose to use it, you might want to consider adding another.
Oh and one other thing, I noticed you haven't decided upon a particular Mareep. Personally I like to use the one that lets you take an energy from the discard, but I believe it only has 40HP so...
