Any T.O’s interesting in hosting Regional Championship in New York, New York?

Are there any Tournament Organizers interested in hosting their 2014-2015 Regional Championship in the City of New York?

The last time New York City hosted a Regional Championship was back in 2005. Since then, the Pokemon TCG and video game community inside New York have grown tremendously, with many new and fresh competitors looking for a large premier event to play in that’s close to home! The reason why I am suggesting if there are any tournament organizers interested in bringing their Regional Championships to New York City is because there is a huge amount of Pokemon players in the City of New York, as well as the tri-state, and upper New York state area that are at risk of being alienated from premier events, like Regional Championships, due to long commutes to premier events. Rather then lose out on this giant share of potential Pokemon players; why not give New York City a chance to host this prestigious event? New York City is an excellent place to commute into with over dozens of transportation options, and there are hundreds of potential locations just inside the city to host the Regional event!

Hopefully, New York City will one day have Regional Championships again.

While I'd love to, I don't get to run a Regionals.
The only two regionals in the NE are Dorians in Philly and Tom Shea's in the Boston area.
And since those are their "home" areas, I don't see that they'd want to move it to an area outside of that.
Pokemon would have to increase the number of Regionals for this to happen.
