When I go to bulbapedia it always says "Cannot make an internet connection" but, I can get to any other site. So, is it down or something?
Anyone else having this problem?

As a staff member, I can tell you exactly what the problem is.
Yes, other people are encountering the same thing. The simple answer is that we're encountering severe server overload from the abundance of B&W-related traffic. Of course, with the games just released, we have a huge spike in traffic, as people want to know when their Pokémon evolve, what moves they learn, etc. etc.. We've already locked Bulbapedia to editing and undergone various other changes to reduce server stress, but there's only so much we can do.
Just wait it out. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm with Kayle. Chrome, Opera 11 and Firefox are the way to go.
