Rayquaza is super cool has a built in N!

Yes. I grabbed the wording for Rayquaza's ability from N. That was the whole purpose. So you can basically N your opponent twice in 1 turn if you want. It's like you N your opponent and they thank you cuz you gave them an amazing hand and then you Dragon Disruption them and hopefully give them a terrible hand instead.

Also you may want to consider re-wording Ho-oh ex's ability, as it is not mentioned how many fire energies you discard or if you can discard any amount. Then it doesn't mention if it puts 2 damage counters on one or all of your opponent's benched pokemon

Apart from that, the cards look very cool with some very unique ideas :)
I especially like the concepts behind the special energies.

Yeah, but Groudon has no energy acceleration and spreads 30 to all benched Pokémon, including your own. And it needs a Plasma Energy or it can't use the attack again next turn.

Don't forget. Keldeo EX Boundaries Crossed can annihilate Groudon EX

Wow Ninetales is pretty cool. I like the Ability. The Swampert is quite balanced. It has a built in Frigate for itself. The attack is okay. It goes with Blastoise.

Nice job. You are quite creative.
