Suppose Pyroar FLF is attacked by a Wobbuffet SS that has evolved from Wynaut SS via the Baby Evolution Poké-Power. As Pyroar specifies the stage "Basic" rather than the state of being "unevolved" (as Mewtwo Lv.X did), is the damage blocked?

Likewise, if Pyroar is attacked by a Hitmonchan evolved from the Baby stage Tyrogue: Does Jab do its damage?
Related, does Tyrogue's Smash Punch deal damage if successful? Its stage is "Baby", but there is also the "Baby Pokémon counts as a Basic Pokémon" text on the card.

Pyroar keys off of the name of the card's stage. So even though it is evolved, it is still a Basic, and Pyroar would not be affected by its attacks.
