There Is A Very Niche Format Called Base - Legacy Extended, which is Base-set, with cross language cards, and Vending Cards.

A Few Cards that have a use:

Reasoning: It has a Typo that im not even sure HOW made it through the quality check. The japanese version only lets Mind games work if its in play, while THE ENGLISH VERSION ALLOWS MIND GAMES FROM ANYWHERE ON THE MAT. Making it very much broken
