Eh...that Blastoise EX seemed pretty uninspired. The hit points and the power are the same as the Blastoise EX that is coming out in September (except it works on (D) energy as well), and Hydrocannon is just a standard (W) Pokemon attack. Healing water is mediocre at best, as it requires 2 (D) energy to use, and you need to have two actual (D) energy cards to be getting acceptable damage (80) for a four energy attack (meaning no Rainbow energy etc.). The card is fine, just nothing supra-amazing...I don't understand why you're flipping out over it.
