Better, but the Weakness is still off-whack. Personally, I'd make it {D} (Darkness), but {P} (Psychic) also works.

Psycosleep should probably be like this:
(P) Psycosleep 10+
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage. If tails, the Defending Pokemon is now Asleep.

Similar effect, but I just reworded for clarity and switched the effect -- adding damage is almost always a heads effect. No Resistance, I take it?
