    18 Pokemon
    2 Happiny
    4 Chansey
    4 Blissey
    4 Skitty
    3 Delcatty
    1 Delcatty ex

    15 Energy
    9 Dark (Basic)
    4 Boost
    2 Scramble

    27 Trainers
    5 Great Ball or H. Mentor (split, ex. 3-2, 2-3, 4-1, 1-4)
    4 Celio's Network/Bebe's Search
    4 TV Reporter
    4 Windstorm
    3 Castaway
    2 Strength Charm
    2 Copycat
    1 Team Galactic's Wager
    1 Buffer Piece
    1 Night Main./Space-Time

The strategy is to setup a Delcatty and a Blissey and go through your deck to setup from there. Delcatty works wonderfully with Blissey, as it can discard a basic Energy and Blissey can fetch it back for extra damage, and both also have wonderful card-cycling Poke-Powers. I've thought about a 3 or 4-1 Ching/Chime and teching Jirachi ex (50 to Lucario, and turns off Electivire, Delcatty, Magneton, Flygon d, etc. Thanks in advance!

Use Dodrio (MT) to help against Fighting decks. It has fighting resistsance, free retreat, and a very nice Boost friendly damage spreading attack.

There's no reason not to play some sort of holon energy and the required energy. Why play basic darks if you can remove your weakness, give yourself free retreat, prevent status effects, or something of the like?

    My advice:
-9 Basic Dark(same reason as anyone else who suggests it)
    -1 Delcatty(2 is just fine)
-2 Skitty(you really don't want to start with it, do you?)
    -1 Buffer Piece

    +3 Holon FF
    +8 Fire Energy
    +2 Mr. Stones Project

I also think you should split the Celio's and Bebe's, 2 of each, and go with 3 Great Balls and 2 Holon Mentor.

    4 Psychic/Water/Fire
    3 Holon WP/FF
    4 Boost

(The Holon+Corresponding Basic depends on metagame)

    28 Trainers
    4 Celio's Network

    4 Windstorm
    3 Castaway
    3 Great Ball
