    4 Eevee
    2 Flareon
    2 Leafeon
    2 Leafeon Lv.x
    1 Umbreon
    2 Moltres
    2 Baltoy
    2 Claydol
    4 Phione
    Pokemon = 21

    3 Roseanne’s Research
    3 Celio’s Network
    2 Premier Ball
    3 Night Maintenance
    3 Energy Removal 2
    2 Super Scoop Up
    3 Steven’s Advice
    2 Warp Point
    2 Team Galactic's Wager
    Trainers = 23

    2 Grass Energy
    10 Fire Energy
    4 Call Energy
    Energy = 16

    The idea is to keep the opponent behind on energy drops with Flareon while you stay ahead with Leafeon Lv.x therefore making them fall behind hopefully to a point where they can't catch up. Leafeon Lv.x and Moltres are the back-up attackers. Leafeon Lv.x is a good attacker against Water stuff if you can't get Umbreon out for whatever reason. Moltres is just awesome in this deck, it's a great back-up hitter when needed and can randomly get three energy in play for Leafeon Lv.x's attack. However Moltres is mainly there to recover the energy that Flareon has to discard.

    This looks quite interesting. I'd normally say that about anything with Leafeon in it's such a beast. I would think about using some TGW for more disruption.

    I'll try to fit in a couple of them but space is pretty tight.
