Can you enter nationals if not a citizen

tbh I wasn't expecting one. I figured as long as we are on the topic I'd mention that this has been been an issue in the past that was never properly addressed. Altho as far as I'm aware, none of them made top cut so in the end it didnt make too much of a difference.

I wonder if any Canadians ever tried playing in the US TCG Nationals....and "gotten away" with it.
