I'll 100% take back that accusation I made earlier. But in your mind, do you think these people should get the proper penalty or consequences or do nothing as nothing ever happened as its just part of the game? If you have a different perspective on this situation, please share.
I dont share a different perspective than you do on the matter, they deserve what they get after doing the crime. Jacob shuffles sufficiently.
There's a trick called the double nickel shuffle that is considered "cheating" which he used and more than 100+ caught it on the stream. Since you said that he didn't get a good shuffle and the shuffle he used was was not considered a shuffle, there should be consequences to this matter.
You know jacob wasnt on stream right? I watched the stream how about you know who youre talking about before posting such horrible accusations

I like how a whole season goes by and nobody says anything about anybody's shuffling but then when an isolated incidence appears on stream the masses begin taking shots.
If Zach cheated, that must mean Jacob cheated as well... heck their whole team probably cheated throughout the tournament. I've known for years that the good players in Canada must cheat and the judging staff supports them. That's why they never got caught! What a conspiracy. Good thing these guys aren't smart enough to conceal their cheating in top cut in front of 100+ live viewers. Justice is served. Now let me recall everyone that ever beat me at this game, because chances are they must have cheated against me or why else would I lose?! /end sarcasm
Get a grip. If you think the good players in Canada are cheaters and that's how they got up to Worlds every year then I suggest you start playing the game online by yourself so you know for sure nobody's cheating you out of a win. Maybe you'll qualify for worlds that way too. Who knows.
The judging staff has done nothing than to try and improve themselves year after year. If you really have a problem with them, then take it upon yourself to go through the Professor Test, and judge for a year and put yourselves in their shoes. Travel countless hours to run events where their only job is to make sure everybody's having a good and fair time. They use money out of their own pockets to help the game grow by giving out door prizes and helping the newer players settle in. Were there mistakes at Nats that could have made the day better? Of course! Was the event perfect? Of course not, but what event is? They implemented a twitter pairings site, a new registration method, and an opportunity for top matches to be streamed because they took the time to listen to the community. It's people like you that hinder the growth of the community because every time there's a change that isn't to your liking you whine and complain until you get your way making organizers and judges alike hesitant to ever try anything new again.
If you're so paranoid about Jacob, Zach, or anybody else for that matter cheating, then do yourself a favour and call a judge over when you suspect it happening instead of crying about it after the fact and making accusations.

HAHA. Proxied, what a joke. I can't believe you have the guts to say that, how is that possible when in the game against your friend, I had a Deoxys prized? Quit lying through your gritty teeth, grow a backbone & stop stirring the pot. I'm not a cheater, I'm a high caliber player who outplayed you simply. And to be quite frank with you, I don't appreciate being called a stacker. I had some pretty crummy hands in Swiss. But if you're that bad a player that you have to go and call accusations, be prepared to be isolated from the top player group, and soon become the laughing stock of Canada.
Shouldn't have even started an accusation like that. I've been playing this game for 10 years, I'm a World Champion, an excellent and sportsmanlike player as well, I deserve more respect then that, & I also deserve an apology for my troubles. Last thing we npicking other countries picking on yet another Canadian.

There's no way that deck was sufficiently shuffled. He wasted two minutes shuffling for no reason, looked at his deck, reordered it, and then barley even pretends to shuffle. No one would think that shuffle was sufficient. If I saw someone present that deck to an opponent, I would be issuing penalties.

He wasn't just looking at his deck (which he did in the middle of all the shuffling, by the way), he clearly rearranged certain cards and did an unthorough shuffle. Unless I am mistaken it looks like he got some of those cards he rearranged in his first hand.
I have a feeling that this sort of thing has been going on for years and there was no real proof of it until now. I can't believe that people are defending this. Just goes to show you that what I said earlier about the poisonous atmosphere in Ontario Pokemon is true...

People probably didn't say anything because of the backlash they would get from the friends of the people cheating saying things like "where's your proof?" And it would have been difficult to prove it to the judges because it's one person's word over another's.
Well now there is proof. And I can't believe that people are defending this by saying things like it's okay as long as you shuffle thoroughly afterward. No, it is not okay; things like declumping should not be happening. Period. No justifications, no "it's okay if..." Any person with a sense of morality should know that anything done wrong should not be done at all.

Everyone stop hating on Zach this cheating u talking he did not mean to CHEAT he was declupling his deck then shuffle I know he did not that much I watch the vid 2, but zach is now aware of this and is going to work hard not to do this again. Have u took 2 prize when u should have only taken 1 or play 2 support most people will say yes and then u learn from it. so please give him a break.
