Car accident near my house

This happened next door to my house while I was out at Damon's eating dinner. Because the gas meter was hit, we couldn't go to our house while they rectified the situation. Fortunately, nothing terribly bad happened, and we were allowed back into our house.

I hope she HAS insurance BUT will it cover car to HOUSE damage?
