Can FlygonEX be played with Kingdra EX? to me it seems to totally destroy the metagame seeing how everything is either weak to Flygon or Kingdra? And they just deem to compliment each other.

Not the Good Flygon EX they are talking about the lame PK colorless one.

I was talking about the delta one. add a lake boundary and anything will die with one hit

You can, but it will probably be very slow, just like the Flygon ex PK deck.
However, if you can it working, it will be very nasty. Remember to play Unown G!
