Thanks for the help, we really appreciate everyones time here, stay safe and healthy!

**OG question**
When my opponent fails to draw a Basic Pokemon in their opening hand do I have to draw my card right away, or can I wait to see if there are more Mulligans before drawing my cards?

**OG ruling**
The Advanced Rules section of the current rulebook indicates the player who did not start over may draw a card for each additional time his or her opponent took a mulligan *after* the player with no Basic Pokemon finally draws a Basic.

**continuation**
What if the person stops drawing cards half way through, and then later changes their mind and decides they want to continue drawing mulligan cards after the basic Pokémon was drawn?
**new question**
Once you start drawing, do the mulligans roll freely, in other words can you stop and start as you please?

You don't decide the number of cards you want to draw from the mulligans until after the opponent gets a Basic. And you have one chance to choose a number of mulligans to draw. You don't get to stop in the middle whenever you want.

Note the "after" in the ruling you quote.
After they finally draw a Basic.
Not after each mulligan.
And as bullados notes, if you are not drawing the full number, you have to declare how many you are going to draw first.
If you don't, you have to draw them all.
