What is the current best strategy to go with the new feraligatr? I've had some ideas but they tend to set up slower than I'd hoped, so just give me some input.

2-2 delcatty (PK)

2-2 magnaton(PK)

It's the fastest* way to set it up now but once dp3 comes out it gets better.

i'd go 4-3-3 on gatr 3-3-1 catty/ex and a 1-1 magneton tech for late game. and chingling to start.

scarm77; there is a problem there, magneton is there to get the energy back to hand, with only a 1-1 line, the chance is nada.

Like i said, magnetons just a tech for my deck. I think it runs better running 4 stones project and catty/ex. i bumped my catty ex line up to 2. Magneton should be a pure late game only pokemon, at least in my opinion, because early game he's not gonna do much. so its not a big problem if he's prized.

he's not suppose to be an attacking tool in a gatr deck, he's so you can use energy draw twice then get the energy straight back, but he is a cool attacker
