Deck for regionals

Hello everyone i have a gyarados deck(that i have never brought to a tournament, and a lost gar deck(that won me states... Now im asking if i should go with gyarados or lost gar. im not sure what i should use... please help.

P.S. sorry if this is in the wrong thread... i wasnt sure which one to put it in:lol:
